How we work

We hire on skill, not CV. Everyone builds, supports, and fixes what they build.

Every decision, every number, every contract — written and shared with the team that needs it.

We ship small and often.

We enter every conversation on the customer's side. "What does this mean for the customer?" is the first question.

Send your CV and one line about what you're great at. We reply within one business day.
